Candidates can refer the formula given below and follow the steps to calculator the marks scored in the CUET exam 2026

Steps to Calculate Score:

1. Count the number of correct answers
2. Multiply correct answers by 5
3. Count incorrect answers
4. Multiply incorrect answers by 1
5. Subtract negative marks from total positive marks
6. The result is your final CUET score

Example:

• Correct Answers: 40 → 40 × 5 = 200
• Incorrect Answers: 10 → 10 × 1 = 10
• Final Score = 200 – 10 = 190

The CUET cut off is the minimum score required to secure a seat in top UG colleges.
