PU LLB Eligibility Criteria 2026
The PU LLB 2026 entrance examination is scheduled for the Last week of June 2026, and the application process will start in the month of May, tentatively. Before going to the PU LLB Admission process, students are required to carefully read the latest eligibility requirements prescribed by the exam conducting body. In the case of discrepancies, the candidature will be revoked for those who do not meet these conditions, regardless of their result on the PU LLB entrance exam. Mainly, there are two components of the Punjab University LLB Eligibility 2026, which are mentioned below.
Minimum Educational Qualification:
- Candidates must hold a graduate or postgraduate degree from Panjab University or another university recognised by the Bar Council of India and Panjab University, with at least 45% marks. SC, ST, Backwards category, and PwD category would receive a 5% concession in terms of minimum marks.
- Appearing candidates may also apply for the PU LLB 2023 test. The sole need is that they get a certificate from the qualifying exam before attending counselling.
Age Limit: The institution does not set a maximum age for applying to PU LLB 2023. Candidates of any age group can apply for admission to the university.
Panjab University LLB Admission: Reservation Details
Panjab University has established eligibility requirements for individuals seeking admission to its three-year LLB program. The LLB admission criteria of Punjab University will be based on the university's reservation criteria for various groups. Candidates admitted under the reserved category must provide the necessary documentation to support their claim.
