NIMCET Eligibility Criteria

  • Only Indian national students can apply for the NIMCAT exam.
  • B.Sc./BCA/BIT (Bachelor of Information Technology) with mathematics or statistics as one of the subjects in graduation.
  • BE & B.Tech degree holders are also eligible for the NIMCET exam.
  • General students must secure 65% or 6.5 CGPA in their graduation.
  • The SC/ST/PWD category has a minimum of 55%, and a 6.0 CGPA is required.
  • Statistics and mathematics are required subjects in your graduation degree to appear in the NIMCET exam.
  • Students who are in their final year can also appear in the NIMCET exam, but they should provide proof of passing at the time of admission.
