How NCHMCT JEE Exam Centers Are Allotted?

Candidates are allowed to select 4 cities while registering for the NCHMCT JEE exam. Allotment process is done by NTA which is the conducting body of the exam. Candidates are allotted centers based on a few factors like the first choice given, availability of seats at various exam centers. This complete process does not ask candidates to pay any extra amount apart from the application fee. Candidates are advised to choose the exam centres carefully and plan for travel so that they reach the exam center on time.

Guidelines to Follow at NCHMCT JEE Exam Centers

Candidates appearing for the hospitality and hotel management entrance must follow certain rules at the exam centers to ensure a smooth exam experience. Candidates  must reach the NTA exam center well before the reporting time mentioned on the NCHMCT admit card. They should carry a printed admit card along with valid government photo ID as entry will not be allowed without them. Electronic items such as mobile phones, calculators, or smart watches are not allowed inside the entrance hall. They must sit at the allotted seat, avoid talking or sharing materials with others, and keep only those allowed items like pens and transparent water bottles. Candidates must follow these instructions strictly and maintain discipline throughout the exam duration.

Can You Change the NCHMCT JEE Exam Centre After Allotment?

Once the exam center is allotted candidates are not allowed to make any changes under any circumstances. Priority is given mostly to the first choice a candidate has made but in case the seats are full next location is allotted to the candidate. The final exam center along with center code, date and time exam is printed on the NCHMCT JEE admit card.

NCHMCT JEE entrance test is conducted online in CBT mode and the exam is held in multiple cities in India.

NCHMCT exam is conducted only once a year for admission to hospitality and hotel management courses.
