MH CET Law Eligibility

The MH CET law eligibility criteria differ for 3-year and 5-year LLB programs. Before applying for the MH CET law exam, you should carefully check the requirements related to the educational qualifications, age limit, and nationality.

  • Candidates must have passed 12th class from a recognized board for the 5-year law program, and for the 3-year law program, general candidates must have passed graduation with a minimum of 45% marks, OBC with 42% marks, and SC/ST candidates must have passed with 40% marks.
  • There is no upper age limit for both LLB programs.
  • Candidates must be Indian citizens.
  • Some seats are reserved for the Maharashtra’s domicile candidates for both LL.B programs.
  • Final-year candidates can also apply for the 3-year program, and 12th-appearing candidates can also appear in the 5-year LL.B program.
