After successful payment, candidates can print the Confirmation Page. If the Confirmation Page does not appear after paying the charge, then the transaction is revoked, and the candidates must seek the relevant bank for reimbursement of the fee.
However, the candidate must make another payment/transaction, in case the confirmation page is not produced. If there are several payments, the NTA will reconcile them and repay the candidates after the final results are declared.
