Can Any Aspirant Skip the CUET Exam Slot?
As the exam cycle approaches, worries regarding missing the CUET slots on exam day become more valid among students. Yes, it is possible to skip CUET exam slots, but there is also a negative side to it. There are several limitations and factors to keep in mind, though.
- Your CUET subject choices will determine whether you skip the slot. Because each subject’s paper will be administered in many slots over the course of several days, skipping one slot indicates that you have not applied for that paper or that you no longer intend to take it.
- If you have enrolled for all five exam papers but want to skip one, you can do so by choosing to take either one language test, one general aptitude test, and two domain tests, or one language test and three domain tests.
Can I avoid the General Test in CUET?
A student can avoid the general aptitude test, or GAT. However, it is not recommended that you skip the general aptitude exam slot because it is aligned with major UG subjects at several universities, like as DU, JNU, AU and BHU.
If Students take multiple slots, would their CUET exam centre be the same for all exams?
Candidates may be assigned to different exam centres in CUET 2026 for different dates and slots. However, the exam city would most likely remain the same. Candidates should keep in mind that each exam will have its own CUET admit card and city slip. Candidates are not permitted to reuse their Hall Tickets from earlier slots or sessions. Candidates must carefully review the exam centre information on their admit card and appear at the relevant CUET exam center. Candidates will receive the CUET intimation slip three to four days before the exam.
